Paul Benson is a native of Janesville, Wisconsin, and has dedicated over a decade to representing personal injury victims. He focuses on ensuring fair treatment for clients and has extensive experience in car accidents, premises liability, and civil rights claims. He has trial experience in State Court, US District Court, and has argued before the Court of Appeals. Paul graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2011 and was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Thomson Reuters in 2016 and 2017.
