Paul graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Political Science and received his Juris Doctorate cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington. Paul has successfully litigated and represented hundreds of injured victims with an emphasis in automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, and bicycle accidents, including wrongful death.
