About Paul

Paul J. Felicione is a graduate of St. John’s University, BA 1984, St. John’s University School of Law, JD 1987 and was admitted to practice in New York State in 1988. Paul served as Assistant District Attorney, Bronx County from 1988 to 1992 and is admitted to the United States District Court, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of New York. Paul has extensive experience in State and Federal Courts in the New York City Metropolitan area, specializing in the areas of negligence, criminal law and Labor Law from inception through discovery and trial. He has argued appeals before the First and Second Department. Paul also has extensive litigation experience involving commercial truck accidents in State and Federal Court. Paul has represented various corporate clients including YRC Inc., Roadway Express, Inc., Greyhound Lines, Kraft Foods, New Penn Motor Express, LLC, Entenmanns’s Bakery and BMW Financial Services, N.A. Paul has also performed legal services on behalf of insurance carriers including Zurich, Empire Fire & Marine Ins. Co., Reliance Ins. Co., Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Liberty Mutual, Chubb, Acceptance Ins. Co., First Mercury Insurance Co., Clarendon Ins. Co., Tower Risk Management and Lloyd’s of London. Paul also has 30 years of experience in representing all parties in personal injury litigation involving automobile accidents, premises liability and products liability litigation.
