Paul J. Kubinski

Mr. Paul Kubinski is the founder and managing partner of the firm. He has been practicing law in the borderland for over 45 years and has been Board Certified in Family Law since 1988. Paul graduated from Texas Tech University with a Law Degree and as two year chess champion in 1978. From 1978 -1979, Paul acted as Assistant District Attorney prosecuting family cases. Since then, he has been in private practice primarily handling Family Law, Probate, Criminal, Personal Injury, and Real Estate cases.
