A native of St. Paul and graduate of Fergus Falls High school, Paul graduated from Bemidji State University with a degree in Finance and served as a financial auditor for a national banking corporation prior to law school. Paul has over 20 years of experience representing individuals, corporations, and banks handling matters of daily routine questions to major transactions and matters including, establishing trust agreements, real estate litigation, quiet title matters, asset and Stock sales, entity formation and management, mergers, acquisitions, and complex financing arrangements.
