Paul Kirst

Paul Kirst was raised in North San Diego County and earned his bachelor’s degree from UNLV in 1987. He graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1990. After serving as a law clerk for Judge Nancy Becker, he entered private practice, defending hotel/casinos and handling wrongful death and severe injury lawsuits. He worked as in-house counsel for Allstate Insurance Company for eight years, serving as Lead Counsel for the last three.
