About Paul
Paul M. King is a Managing Member of Hoole & King, L.C., co-founded in 1994. Admitted to practice in 1989, his practice includes business and real estate transactions, advising on business organization, tax and estate planning, and related litigation. He has extensive experience in commercial and residential real property transactions, representing borrowers, lenders, and lien holders in foreclosures. He was a licensed title insurance agent for approximately 20 years. He is a past chair of the Real Property Section and Business Law Section of the Utah State Bar Association and served on the Utah Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board. He was a reserve Military Officer (Captain, ret.) in the U.S. Army/Utah Army National Guard from 1981 to 1991.
