Paul Silver is a Senior Trial Attorney at Cardamone Law with over 40 years of experience practicing law in Pennsylvania. He has served as a judicial law clerk, Staff Attorney for the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, Chief of the Legal Division of the Pennsylvania Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, and Deputy Chief Counsel for the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. He has represented both employers and claimants in workers’ compensation and unemployment compensation matters, providing him with a unique perspective. He holds the highest 'AV' attorney rating and is known for his research and writing skills. He has lectured and published on employment law, workers’ compensation, and unemployment compensation.
