Paul Kfoury, Jr. is an experienced litigator with a specialty in workers’ compensation defense matters to include: premium audits, wage and hour, workers’ compensation coverage, DOL compliance/fines, classification disputes involving NCCI and the NH Insurance Department, and DES hearings and audits.
