About Paul
Paul Tibbitts Curtis, born and raised in Idaho Falls, earned an accounting degree from Brigham Young University in 1984 and a JD from Lincoln Law School in 1993. After practicing personal injury law in Sacramento for five years, he returned to Idaho Falls and founded Curtis, Porter & Adams, PLLC in 2001. He specializes in plaintiff's work, focusing on personal injury and wrongful death. Mr. Curtis is a Certified Specialist in workers' compensation law, approved by the Idaho State Bar Association. He has served as lead counsel in numerous jury and court trials in California and Idaho and is licensed in both states, as well as Federal courts and the United States Supreme Court. In 2012, he was recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as one of the 'Top 100' trial lawyers in Idaho. He has also actively promoted legislation benefiting injured persons, including laws for under-insured motorist coverage and expanded damages for deceased plaintiffs' estates.
