Paul Van Der Walde is a founding partner and senior trial attorney at Caputo & Van Der Walde. With over 20 years of experience, he is a known figure in Santa Clara County courtrooms. He earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University in 1993. After initially practicing defense law, he shifted to representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, including car accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful death. He co-founded Caputo & Van Der Walde in 2014 after successfully leading Van Der Walde & Associates for over a decade. He is dedicated to providing full attention and resources to his clients. He has received awards such as Personal Injury Attorney of the Year and the Santa Clara County Trial Lawyers Association’s “Outstanding Trial Advocacy Award.” He is also a member of Lawyers of Distinction and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
