Paula Millan

Paula Millan was born in Bogota, Colombia, and moved to Katy, Texas at a young age. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin, becoming a U.S. citizen the same year. She received her Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law, during which she interned with the Colombian government's money laundering department in Bogota. Ms. Millan is licensed by the State Bar of Texas, New Mexico, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
