Attorney Pedro “Peter” de la Cerda is a co-founder of DFW Injury Lawyers. He began his career defending physicians, nurses, hospitals, trucking, and manufacturing companies in disputes involving personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, and toxic tort. He later transitioned to prosecuting cases on behalf of plaintiffs in personal injury cases. He is licensed to practice in Texas and California and has received distinctions such as 'Rising Star' and 'SuperLawyer' from SuperLawyers®, and 'Top 40 Under 40' by the National Trial Lawyers Association. He is fluent in Spanish.
