Penny A. Parker

Penny Parker is a founding partner of Kecskes, Gadd & Parker, PC. With more than 20 years of litigation experience, her practice is focused on general civil litigation and family law. Penny Parker was drawn to the field of law during her parents’ divorce and witnessed firsthand the callous and uncaring nature of some very expensive attorneys.
