Peter C. Phillips

Peter Phillips joined the firm in 2006. He advises and represents school districts, municipalities, and other employers in labor and employment matters, focusing on public sector labor relations and collective bargaining since 1990. He advises on contracts, discipline, grievances, arbitrations, unfair labor practices, and employment discrimination.
