Peter has over 31 years of experience representing injured workers before the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and the Ohio Industrial Commission. In addition, he has represented injured workers before the Court of Common Pleas of various Ohio counties, the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Ohio. Peter also has provided counsel and representation for applicants for social security disability before the Social Security Administration.
