Peter J. Fagan joined The Seach Law Offices as Of Counsel, bringing over 50 years of legal experience. He specializes in residential and commercial real estate, estate administration and planning, family law, municipal law, and business planning. He is a graduate of Lafayette College and Villanova University School of Law. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the U.S. Army Reserves and is actively involved in the Hazleton Area Community, serving on several boards. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
