Peter M. Hsiao is an attorney at law and the principal of California Workers Compensation Lawyers. He has been a licensed attorney in California since 2002 and is admitted to appear in federal courts. He began his legal career representing defense contractors and staffing agencies in workers' compensation claims, and since 2011, he exclusively advocates for injured workers. He attended University of Southern California for undergraduate studies before obtaining his Juris Doctorate degree at Whittier Law School. He is a member of CAAA and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
