Peter R. Figman is a skilled attorney with experience in litigation, specifically complex commercial litigation, contractual disputes, and employment matters. Peter has several years of experience working in litigation. At Harwood Lloyd, Peter focuses on insurance defense litigation. Prior to Harwood Lloyd, his work consisted of construction and general tort litigation including labor law, premises liability and property damage. Additionally, Peter was previously an Agency Attorney for the New York City Department of Buildings, where he prosecuted civil summonses and represented the Department in hearings before the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings Division.
