Peter D. Rigelhaupt joined The Perecman Firm in 2009, bringing over 20 years of litigation experience. He is known for his writing skills and considerable knowledge of the law, heading the firm’s motion and appellate practice group. He was instrumental in a groundbreaking civil rights case that led to a $4 million settlement. Mr. Rigelhaupt regularly appears before the First and Second Departments of the Appellate Division and has argued before the New York State Court of Appeals.
