About Peter
Peter is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New Jersey and New York, the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and New York, and the United States Supreme Court. His main areas of practice include the buying, selling, leasing and developing of real estate, commercial, including shopping centers, and residential and all phases of land use planning. He also is experienced in the buying and selling of businesses of all sizes and the formation of Corporations, Limited Liability Companies and Shareholder and Member agreements, including Buy-Sell, non-compete agreements and succession planning as well as wills and estates. Peter has been a Municipal Prosecutor and served as President and Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Volunteers for Morris County.
