About Phelan
Phelan Galligan started with the firm as a law clerk in 2009. After graduating from law school, she was hired as an attorney and focuses her practice on family law. She specializes in all family law issues including divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, adoption and restraining orders. Phelan is also a certified Guardian ad Litem and represents the rights of children in contested family law cases.
