About Phil
Phil Tufts was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, but has been a Hoosier since moving to Indiana to attend law school in 2013. Phil began his career as a Marion County Deputy Prosecutor where he prosecuted hundreds of cases ranging from misdemeanors to major felonies. Immediately prior to joining Hensley Legal Group, Phil worked as a trial attorney for a Fortune 100 insurance company. Today, Phil’s practice is dedicated to helping people injured as a result of the negligence of others. Phil’s favorite things about being an attorney are helping people in need and going to trial. Phil is an active member in good standing with the Indiana Bar Association and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA).
