About Philip
Philip Horlacher is an experienced litigator specializing in labor and employment matters. He is passionate about advocating for workers’ rights and ensuring clients are well-informed throughout their lawsuits. Mr. Horlacher represents employees against large corporations and public entities, including executives, medical professionals, law enforcement, engineers, educators, and employees in the film, television, food service, and retail industries. Prior to joining Greenberg Gross, he exclusively represented employees at a boutique labor and employment law firm. He has litigated cases involving wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and discrimination due to disabilities or parental leave. Before practicing employment law, Mr. Horlacher litigated in Los Angeles’s Juvenile Dependency Court and worked as in-house counsel at a financial services firm.
