Philip B. Peterson

Phil grew up in New Smyrna Beach and graduated from New Smyrna Beach High School. He attended Stetson University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and then his Juris Doctor in 1981. He began his law career at the State Attorney’s Office, where he worked as Special Prosecutor and Felony Division Chief of the Daytona Beach Division for the Seventh Judicial Circuit.
