About Philip
Philip G. Gardner is an experienced trial lawyer with over 40 years of experience, having tried hundreds of jury trials in both civil and criminal cases, including capital murder. His civil experience covers personal injury, RICO, construction, trade secret, anti-trust, civil rights, sexual harassment, and commercial litigation. He was elected to the American College of Trial Lawyers in 1998 and holds Martindale Hubbell’s highest rating - AV Preeminent. He also has an extensive appellate practice and is a Fellow of the Virginia Law Foundation. Phil is active in his community, serving on charitable boards and organizations, and is involved in the Episcopal Church and various legal extracurricular activities.
