About Philip

Philip Kinney, born in 1970, served in the U.S. Navy before pursuing a legal career. He earned an Associate of Arts degree from Florida Community College of Jacksonville in 1998, a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of North Florida in 1999, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law in 2003. He passed the Florida Bar exam in 2004 and started his own law firm in 2008. In 2017, he co-founded Kinney & Moore, specializing in personal injury cases, particularly auto and truck accidents, in both state and federal courts.
