Phil concentrates primarily in family law matters. Phil has significant experience in contested divorce; negotiating uncontested/irreconcilable differences divorce; post-divorce modifications of parenting schedules, child support, alimony; juvenile matters/paternity actions; grandparent rights pertaining to custody; dependency and neglect and issues that involve Department of Children Services. Phil has extensive experience in adoption law. Phil represents stepparents or grandparents along with parents in adoptions. Phil has filed and defended litigation in termination of parental rights cases. Phil has been involved in countless family law matters in the last 19 years. His dedicated staff is focused on providing the best experience possible for clients facing difficult circumstances that are always involved in family law matters.
