Philip McGrady

About Philip

Philip McGrady has represented people across Montana and the United States, arguing cases before the Montana Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a graduate of the University of Montana School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from James Madison University. He clerked for United States Magistrate Judge Leif Erickson and Yellowstone County District Court Judge Russell Fagg. He is licensed to practice law in Montana and Alaska and is a member of the American Association for Justice, Montana Trial Lawyers Association, and the National Trial Lawyers.
