About Philip

Philip S. Schlesinger is a founding partner of Apicella & Schlesinger, established in 1973. He graduated from Hofstra University in 1966 and Brooklyn Law School in 1970. He focuses on DSNY Sanitation Worker Injuries, Personal Injury, and Civil Rights matters. He has served as Legislative Counsel in the New York State Senate and Assembly and is currently an arbitrator for the New York City Civil Court, Small Claims Court in Queens County.
