Philip V. McCalister, Esq., is an attorney with over 30 years of experience, practicing since 1989. He maintains a solo practice in Lower Burrell, PA, focusing on family law, small business law, personal injury, and criminal law. He is known for strong negotiation and litigation skills. Born in Little Rock, Arkansas, and raised in California, he holds a Bachelor of Arts from California State University at Fullerton and a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary. He completed law school at the University of Idaho and passed the bar exams in Idaho, Washington, and Pennsylvania. He is an ordained American Baptist minister and an active member of the International Academy of Collaborative Law Professionals (IACP) and the Collaborative Law Association of Southwestern Pennsylvania (CLASP). He also serves as a court-appointed Divorce Hearing Officer for Westmoreland County and is involved with the Westmoreland County Community College Foundation.
