Philip W. Peak

Phil’s practice areas include personal injury, workers’ compensation, and Social Security disability. He has been helping the injured and disabled for over twenty years, all of those with Frederick & Hagle. He has successfully brought civil cases to jury verdict, and has tried many cases in front of the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission. In addition, he has helped many individuals successfully argue their Social Security disability claims before Administrative Law Judges.
