Phillip L. Nelson is a Partner at Latham, Nelson, Martin & Duffy. He received his B.S. from Oklahoma State University in 1983 and his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1986. Admitted to the bar in 1986, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. He previously served as an Assistant District Attorney for Jackson County, OK in 1990 and is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Associations, Oklahoma Association for Justice, and American Association for Justice.
