Phillip T. Vondra

Phillip T. Vondra, Esq. is a local graduate of Serrano High School. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine. From there he went on to San Diego and graduated from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 1991, and was admitted to practice law in 1992.
