A lifelong Baytown resident, Pi-Yi Mayo earned both his undergraduate and law degrees at the University of Houston. In a career that spans over 30 years, he has extensive experience in elder law, Medicaid planning, special needs trusts, disability law, and veteran’s benefits. He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation and has earned his V.A. Accreditation from the Department of Veterans Affairs. He is a past president of the Texas Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and a founding member and past president of the Special Needs Alliance.
