About Pierce
Pierce Egerton has worked in both Washington, D.C. and Raleigh. He knows firsthand how insurance companies and big corporations use their enormous financial and political resources to deny injured people and their families a fair recovery. He is skilled at battling against the economically and politically powerful, having fought to protect environmental specialists, recover illegally collected money (even to the Supreme Court), protect law enforcement rights, and guard against greedy landlords. Since joining Egerton Law in 1994, Pierce now fights insurance companies and corporate giants that seek to increase their bottom line at the expense of seriously injured persons and their families.
