About Pounnaphone

Pounnaphone Phomtalikhith was born in Laos and grew up in the Twin Cities. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from St. Cloud State University. She then earned her Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law. Pounnaphone began her legal career in New York City, where she represented survivors of domestic abuse and human trafficking in immigration matters and the City University of New York in unemployment insurance hearings. Prior to joining Fields Injury Law Firm, she was a Supervising Attorney at non-profit law firm, where she represented clients in housing matters including evictions, subsidized housing issues, expungements, and housing discrimination. Pounnaphone is passionate about protecting the rights of everyday, hardworking individuals and reaching the best resolutions for her clients.
