About Preston

Preston focuses his practice on civil litigation, primarily personal injury defense and insurance fraud. Prior to joining Bush & Ramirez, Preston spent several years working on a variety of cases that include car/trucking accidents, premises liability claims, wrongful death claims, and bad faith claims. He has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in various types of civil disputes. In less than a year of being a licensed attorney, Preston sat first-chair and won his first jury trial.
