About Preston
Preston Olsen provides skilled representation and legal counsel to individuals, families, businesses, and municipal clients in Idaho and Utah. His diverse practice includes business law, family law, real estate law, contracts, commercial litigation, probate, and estate planning, with substantial expertise in securities laws and debt offerings. Preston began his legal career as an associate at Cleary Gottleib in New York and was a partner at Ballard Spahr in Salt Lake City before joining Fuller & Fuller, PLLC. He graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Brigham Young University and received his law degree in 2003 from the University of Chicago. Preston enjoys volunteering and serving in the local community.
