R. Benjamin Lingle is a partner in the litigation department of the firm. Mr. Lingle concentrates his practice in the areas of medical malpractice defense, plaintiff's personal injury, and wrongful death litigation. He was raised in Charleston, South Carolina and Savannah, Georgia. Mr. Lingle attended Georgia Southern University and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.
