Dyan practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate and school law. She assists clients in creating and updating their estate plans, administering decedent’s estates, and seeking guardianships and conservatorships. She also works with various school districts to resolve contract disputes, and interpret and comply with federal, state and local government regulations, including those regulating the education of children with disabilities.
