Kyle Alderson is an experienced attorney in civil litigation, commercial law, and criminal defense. Kyle has tried numerous cases to verdict before a judge or jury. Kyle is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Oklahoma. Prior to joining the firm, Kyle served the State of Oklahoma as an Assistant District Attorney for District 10: Osage and Pawnee counties. In this post, Kyle was selected to serve as First Assistant District Attorney and prosecuted high-profile cases including violent crimes, crimes against women and children, and homicides. Additionally, Kyle oversaw all other dockets, including civil mental health and juvenile deprived cases. Kyle also serves as the municipal judge for the City of Pawnee.
