R. Mark Bortner

Mark attended Gibbs High School in St. Petersburg, received his B.A. in International Affairs from the University of South Florida and, in 1996, earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. For sixteen years, Mark worked with a small St. Petersburg law firm, where he oversaw business and employment litigation.
