R. Shane Seaton was born in Alexandria, Virginia, and spent his early life in the Texas Panhandle and Kansas. He graduated from Friends University with dual degrees in Accounting and Business Administration, minoring in Marketing and Finance, achieving a 4.0 GPA. He then attended Washburn University School of Law, graduating in the top 10% of his class. Mr. Seaton is licensed to practice in Texas and is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He also served as president of the Howard County Bar Association for three years. He is dedicated to his family, community, and providing his best effort to his clients.
