About Rachael
Rachael Talento represents clients affected by California wildfires and other mass torts, including the 2022 Mosquito Fire, 2021 Dixie Fire, 2017 Creek Fire, and the 2021 Dominguez Channel Odor Leak. Prior to becoming an associate, Ms. Talento clerked for McNicholas & McNicholas, LLP. As a certified law student, she helped represent students in their cases at Loyola Law School’s Youth Justice Education Clinic and worked as a law clerk for the Children’s Law Center of California. Before entering the legal profession, she served as an AmeriCorps Member.
