Rachel Besso Trow moved to Vermont from the Lower Hudson Valley in 2019. She has a Bachelors in philosophy and a paralegal certification. Rachel is also a musician, whose work has been cataloged in the Library of Congress. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys reading, hiking, and gardening.
