Rachel Hepburn Masters is a nursing home abuse attorney dedicated to fighting for what is right. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with minors in Chemistry and Paralegal Studies from Eastern Kentucky University in 2012, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2016.
