About Rachel
Rachel Listro grew up in Minnesota and earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Missouri. Rachel then relocated to San Diego to attend California Western School of Law on a full-tuition scholarship. During law school, Rachel was a judicial extern for two federal judges, Hon. Karen Crawford and Hon. Anthony Battaglia. She also served as a civilian legal extern for the United States Navy. Before joining Gomez Trial Attorneys, Rachel worked in-house insurance defense. Her experiences there grant her a thorough understanding of how insurance companies process and litigate claims. This knowledge now helps her obtain better settlements and verdicts for her injured clients. In her personal time, Rachel enjoys snowboarding, rollerblading on Mission Bay, and motorcycle rides with her husband, who serves as a Marine Corps Captain at San Diego’s MCRD.
