About Rachel

Rachel Martin is an associate attorney at The Downs Law Group, focusing primarily on the BP Oil Spill Litigation. She was selected as a “Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer” in Florida by The National Trial Lawyers on July 1, 2024. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Sustainability Science from Furman University and her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law with a certificate of concentration in Environmental Law in 2021. She worked in the E-Discovery team for mass toxic tort litigation before joining the litigation team as an associate attorney in Winter 2022.
