Rachel Newman is a Partner at Meltzer & Bell, P.A., practicing criminal defense law since 2005. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Florida (2001) and a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center (2005).
